The Scandi Line estate will be located in the picturesque village of Mników, on a plot located on a hill overlooking the surrounding area and close to the Mnikowska Valley.
Currently, the first stage of the project is underway, consisting in design works and completing the documents necessary to submit an application for a construction permit. This is a key stage that will allow us to start the construction of seven single-family houses with an area of 100 m2 each.
The commencement of construction works is expected at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2025. We are looking forward to implementing the Scandi Line project and fulfilling our mission to create an ideal place to live.
