ROOFGUTTER EAVES – INNOVATIVE ROOF COVERING
The Scandi Line housing estate is Galeco’s latest investment project, in which the main role will be played by a roofing made of ecological Scandinavian steel in the form of a standing seam roofing panel, as well as the ROOFGUTTER Eaves hidden gutter system.
SCANDI LINE – YOUR HOME IN THE HEART OF NATURE
The estate will be located in the picturesque village of Mników, just 10 km from the border of Krakow. The plot located on a hill offers beautiful views and direct proximity to the Mnikowska Valley – an ideal place for walks and active leisure. It is a unique combination of nature, comfort, and modernity.
ARCHITECTURE IN HARMONY WITH MINIMALISM
The estate will include seven single-family houses, each with an area of approx. 100 m2. The designs have been prepared with an emphasis simplicity, functionality and the use of natural materials. The minimalist form of the buildings fits into the trends of modern architecture, and their elegance and attention to detail are the essence of the Scandi Line housing estate.
The Scandi Line estate will be located in the picturesque village of Mników, on a plot located on a hill overlooking the surrounding area and close to the Mnikowska Valley.
Currently, the first stage of the project is underway, consisting in design works and completing the documents necessary to submit an application for a construction permit. This is a key stage that will allow us to start the construction of seven single-family houses with an area of 100 m2 each.
The commencement of construction works is expected at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2025. We are looking forward to implementing the Scandi Line project and fulfilling our mission to create an ideal place to live.
